The head prefects shall preside over the council meeting and a copy of the agenda set to the Headmistress through the senior House mistress or master.
The Administration shall be given prior information of an intended meeting and a copy of the agenda sent to the Headmistress through the senior House mistress or master.
FUNCTIONS:
I.To receive student's grievances, deliberate on them and take decisions on them.
II.To act as a link between the student body and the administration.
III.To ensure cordial relationship between the staff and students.
IV.When necessary the council may discuss or dialogue with the administration to clarify issues.
V.Shall educate students on official matters.
VI.Shall ensure that students observe school rules and regulations.
VII.May discipline students with permission from the senior House mistress or Master
